Health is Wealth

Health is a condition which we have no disease or our body is well protected against diseases. There are different kind health example mental health, physical health and social healthy well being. The complete healthy status can be achieved by better condition in physical, mental and social well being. 

Maintaining health or keeping a healthy body condition is difficult now a days. Everybody strives to get good health conditions in this fast growing modern world. Because it is very difficult to maintain health using available food resources which is also not harmful or make any negative impact to our body.  Day by day the increased mental depress, usage of useless food items and modern food habits invites a lot of health hazards to human life.

Fatness, cardiac diseases caused due to the increase of cholesterol and excess fact bring hundreds of  health problems to every human beings.  What is the remedy for it?. If we think deeply, simply we can understand that we are only responsible for these. Our food behaviors brings these health hazards to us.  Once it is diagnosed that there are some health issues, we starts medicines and advice from our physicians. If the medicines we consumes cause side effects instead of curing the disease what will be in our mind. Sometimes the side effects caused by the usages of medicines may highly dangerous than our health issues.

The nature has made all things with 100% accuracy. The rain, sunlight, creatures maintains all equilibrium of the universe. Nature is the greatest health provider. Nature heals everything. But when the man tried to disturb the equilibrium of the nature he looses the healthy blessing of the nature.

The fact is that when we tried to close our eyes against the nature, there we starts to fight with diseases.
